Hi zes thank you, now everybody can cheat... ;)

With "randomize tables" you mean that the players will get a table where they don´t know who is already sitting at?

Nelly, sorry, didn't read that. Should visit the forum more frequently ;-)

LuisCypher, everyone who really wants to will find the same thing. It took me 5 minutes. But as I said, feel free to delete, mask, ... that post. I posted it anyway since it seems that the ranking is already messed up. Or ofcourse you were cynical

By randomizing i mean that you are assigned a table and not choose a table yourself... lots of contra's on this one I know. So, yes what you said. In this case it will force the different 'cheat IP's' to other tables.

As with everything in life it comes down to choices... more security or more user friendliness. Focus on ranking or fun. ;-)

If a player cheats, it is for the ranking. Can you make a systematic control of 20 first ones, one times for week ?

For TiaNemen, there is no doubt to have.

Hi Nelly & and LiLaLux,

I'd join too and if my rank goes to hell I'll play WEC, hehe.

Improving there's more of a challenge.

I wondered that myself and did a little research. I'm going to say it 'in the open' so that we can discuss this and bring solutions.
Mods can delete this post if it's too revealing...

1. If you download the zip and extract it to multiple directories, ie 'PokerTH 1', 'PokerTH 2', then rename the pokerth.exe's in the same manner... you can open multiple PokerTH instances. This I think is the source of the problem.

2. THEN... you need the multiple IP's. There is software called 'Proxy Firewall'. This allows you to assign the traffic of your programs to any proxy of your choice in its list! Well... if you have previously created like 4 PokerTH's, you can then assign these to a different proxy and voilà.

SO. Seems to me that every Pokerth.exe should at least check if it's already being run and if that's the case, quit itself (i mean in a more improved way than it does now).

Feel free to contribute.

The Web has many guides on how to do what zes is writing about. There is also another Win 7 method which is running a different Application (Program) from a different user account while logged into your main account. Basically you need to create second (or more) user accounts and these accounts must be password protected and secondary Logon service cannot be disabled. Once that is set you navigate to the Application, then use a Keyboard Key, right click, choose Run as a different user and log in.

You do require more than one IP. If you do not have more than one IP you need to be able to Hide it, or if you do have more than one IP you should hide one. The Proxy Server, Virtual Private Network will do that and there are many services available. This will add to your System CPU load but AMD-16 and Intel Quad Cores should handle that. Many Computers have two Network Cards, Wired/Wirless.

Other consideration are;
A Wireless router, a PC wired to the Router, a Wireless PC connected to the wireless Router. That's two connections or two players.
Make sure that your free web proxy and or paid-for VPN service, is configured to your Wired and Wireless Network connections and is running.
Two Player Accounts.

That's it, sad but it is what it is.

“there is nothing unacceptable about someone playing in as many online poker rooms as s/he pleases, establishing multiple accounts on the same game site violates virtually all online poker rooms' terms and conditions and is thus by definition cheating”)

Received a very long terms and conditions agreement in an email from the poker site where I play after sorting through all the legal terms here is one part,

Jinks, where do you find terms and conditions agreements is it listed or you have to email?
