Server switch successfully done

This evening (2012-01-21) we switched the ranking website poker-heroes.com and the pokerth gaming server to a new hardware. Now we have more power for a better gaming experience and less login- and database-problems.

The first new feature we added is the nations ranking, which can be found in the ranking menue. We also switched on the ranking score overview. Please check http://poker-heroes.com for the new features!
