PokerTH License Changes

To avoid trouble for distributors when shipping PokerTH packages version 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.6.1 we decided to add an exemption FOR THESE VERSIONS ONLY to our license GPLv2. "In addition, as a special exception, the copyright holders give permission to link the code of portions of this program with the OpenSSL library. You must obey the GNU General Public License in all respects for all of the code used other than OpenSSL." - OpenSSL-License

In the next version 0.6.2 we will link against GnuTLS instead of OpenSSL and use a clean GPL again.
