We know about this issue, but it seems that it's not against any law. We also asked ebay-germany to crack down this seller but they aren't in the position to do this.

Alltogether it's really sad to see this, but we aren't able to take legal actions against this.

According to the terms of the GPL2, the person or entity distributing PokerTH, with a price or not, must provide full access to all the source code and include the original headers of the original developers.

If this person or entity does not distribute the sources, nor he or she or it mentions the authors and includes the original source headers, then legal actions can be taken, and there is no way for them to win.

Please make sure that nobody is abusing of a GPL2-licensed software, it would be very sad for the OpenSource community to see this.

I know the terms of GPL. The Ebay-Seller says in his terms, that the sources are available but in the case you request them from him, he could gain a fee for giving you the sources, perhaps for a CD or DVD 25-30 bucks or more.
