I'm german so I hope that you can understand me

I thought about to offer PokerTH in my online gaming league.

So more people could get to know what PokerTH is.

Now the main question to the webmasters or the inventor:

Would you allow me to offer PokerTH as a download on my site and can I offer your PokerTH in an online gaming league?
