Can't start the game 10 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 0
Hello to all!

I have a problem with PokerTH 0.6. The installation went fine, no errors.
But if I start the game, where comes this message:

Code:

homer@homer-desktop:~$ /opt/Poker*/pokerth.sh terminate called after throwing an instance of 'boost::filesystem::basic_filesystem_error<boost::filesystem::basic_path<std::«»string, boost::filesystem::«»path_traits> >' what(): boost::filesystem::exists /opt/PokerTH-0.6/pokerth.sh: line 9: 1948 Aborted (core dumped) $dirname/$appname $*
I'm using LinuxMint 4.0, but also tried it with Mandriva 2007.1, Mandriva 2008, PCLinuxOS 2007, SuSE 10.2 and SuSE 10.3. All the same, everytime the same error. Also I installed PokerTH 0.6 under Windows XP, which runs on the same machine, and everything is fine. No errors at all. If I install the previous version of PokerTH, I have no errors. Everthing is fine. Here are some information about my hardware: Mainboard: Asrock Alive NF7-G Hdready Graphic: Nvidia Geforce 8500 GT (I do not use the Onboard Graphics Chip) 2 GB RAM DDR2 667 3 HDs (all 250 GB SATA Drives) HD 1: LinuxMint (Samsung Drive) HD 2: Windows XP Home (also a Samsung Drive) HD 3: used for data storage (Hitachi Drive) and a Multiformat Duallayer DVD-writer by NEC Now, my question is: What makes this happen? And how can I play PokerTH 0.6?

This boost exception is only known to occur (uncaught) on MacOS, however, if it occurs it means that PokerTH could not find its data path/files.

It seems you have installed pokerth somewhere in "/opt", this is probably causing the problem. Please either use a prebuild package for your distribution or use the Linux installer and place the binary somewhere in your home directory.
