Speaking of language, reptileqc has done the French translation but if you want to help him out/check his work try this link http://pokerth.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/pokerth/trunk/pokerth/ts/ and download pokerth_fr.ts and open it with qt4 linguist.

so it seems french didn't quite make it into 0.5 - I didn't realize this before, because in svn french just works (screenshot of parametres attached).

I don't know how difficult compiling an svn version in windows is, there is a howto at http://pokerth.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/pokerth/trunk/pokerth/docs/build_vc_windows.txt?revision=546&view=markup anyway.
I don't know if and when a 0.51 translation update release is going to be done (windows packager is currently busy with real life for example).
If and when, I think you will see a call for translation in this forum because some strings have been added since 0.5, so watch this space.
