Hi,

in a local game, the chat tab is disabled and can't be clicked. Though, if Ctrl+T is pressed the tab gets activated.

The zip file includes a patch that prevents activating the chat tab when a user pressed Ctrl+T. I don't know how to disable the menu item and I don't know if menu items can be disabled at all. So I decided to check if the tab is disabled when the switchChatWindow() function is called. The copy is based on rev. 843.
