You're probably annoyed about people asking you about the dedicated server when its not even done yet (believe I know that pain), but I wanted to know some of the future plans you guys might be having...

Are you going to have any sort of "registration" on these dedicated servers so things like stats or chips could be tracked across multiple games.

If so, a way to limit users from adding chips themselves and making it so only admins can do such?

I'm mainly asking because with the group I play with, it would be most useful and I really do like what this client and this project offers. If these are things you don't think are useful to your view of the project and probably wouldn't add, I'd just like to know so I can explore the possibility of going code spelunking and adding them myself.

Well we had some discussions about future plans concerning registration and chip accounts and such, but for 0.6, nothing like this is planned. And after 0.6, we'll see what kind of feedback we get. One step after the other.
