Hi,
Welcome on pokerth.net, and your English is well enough. With that out of the way:
1.
In the settings for local game, you can enable a setting to pause between hands. This gives you time to look at which cards are highlighted, and you can look in the small log window in the lower left and right corner of the screen to see the hand description.
2.
The problem with these kind of statistics is that you have to know which cards the other player has. Two aces is a great hand, but with 4 cards on the table of a certain suit that you don't hold, you have an enormous chance of losing to a flush.
3.
The texts on the cards of the other players are actually images, that are now (0.6) in a separate datadir. So it's possible to replace those now with translated "pictures". The buttons, however, are not translatable (I translate this game too). This is partially a technical choice. For example, the call button now says "Call $ 10" or "Call $10000" depending on how much you have to put in to call. Word length and order are probably different in other languages. It's also partially a design choice, since call, raise and so forth are considered to be "poker lingo". You can search the forums to find different discussions about this.
My opinion is that it is probably a good idea to make the buttons translatable at some point if it's technically doable, to give translators/users (it's feasible even for non-technical users to alter the translations) a choice at least.
4.
I see what you mean, but I hadn't noticed this myself. It's quite easy in 0.6 to replace the card images (do a forum search for the word
resurrection to find an example by me

) so it's possible to alter this kind of stuff yourself now (when there's a 0.6 for Mac, of course)
Regards,
