Hello !
It happends to me that when I play in single player, I set an high speed to make AI go fast. But doing so sometime makes me unable to see the score at the end of the turn, becouse with the same speed of turn-playing, the cards are shown and a new turn soon begins.
I would appreciate the need of a mouse click before a new turn begins, or something like that.. perhaps a time-fixed pause ?

Sounds like you're giving up on the game over this
Anyway, check the local game settings. There's a setting for pausing between hands. You'll have to click start in the lower right corner of the screen or press Enter to start a new round then.
