I don't know if you succeeded already, but it may be a little more complicated than what I wrote in my previous post.
export QTDIR=/usr/qt/4
may not be quite enough to get the compiler to use qt4. Check out the comment by marc[i1] at this link
http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?do_Details=1&ID=11676
There's more exporting going on there than just QTDIR.
Oh, and forget both of the "loose" qmakes that I mentioned in my previous post. Those turn out to be completely unnecessary (doesn't do any harm though).
Good luck, and if you succeed, it would be great if you posted somewhere in this forum (or the brand new wiki) how you did it.
Regards,
heyn

I don't know how to install SVN on Ubuntu for this command:
Code:

svn co http://pokerth.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/pokerth/trunk/pokerth
But it is the same as PokerTH-0.5-src.tar.bz2, or isn't it? Before I'm destroying my system: what do the export-commands?

There haven't been big changes in svn since 0.5, no. I think svn and 0.5 are network-compatible still.
sudo apt-get install subversion ought to work though.
The export commands don't do anything permanent, and only count for the "session", this means close the xterm and it's all forgotten. They point the compile process to some paths it could probably not find otherwise.

P.S. I've started the "installation" entry on the wiki. Most of what I said is also in there (in a hopefully readable form)

@Messias: yeah, that's what doitux said at the beginning of this thread too. But Herr Ubuntu wanted to write an in-depth tutorial, so he had to explore other options.

@Ubuntu: judging by your tutorial, you have less hoops to jump through on your distro than I have on mine. My installing entry on the wiki needs revising, but I have no deb or rpm based installs. Maybe you can do some edits. Or I can steal a few tips from your tutorial, if you don't mind.
