Hallo,

i have read that you have install the aktuall serverversion on a strato v-server.

i have a strato server with SuSe_10.3 and a newer one with openSuse_10.1

can u give me the workaround for install it on my strato server?

Setting up the server requires some work. There will be a howto some time, please be patient until then.

... i played some rounds of poker, and the x-mas man bring some presents ...

Big greetz to the pokerth team, i´ve installed the server version on openSuse_10.3 (download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/nderkach:/qt4/openSUSE_10.3/) and its run !!!

oh yeah u are so great it runs


i am sooooo happy.

big greatz from germany. thanx.... now i can play some rounds of poker on my own poker server - cool -

I've installed the server fine using the SuSE RPM file mentioned above. I was just wondering where the config.xml file and the logs are written. Usually this would be .pokerth directory. Is this created somewhere when the server runs ?

By default, the config.xml is in ~/.pokerth of the user which is used to run the pokerth_server. It should not be run as root.
