Does PokerTH burn a card before dealing each new hand to the table ie. before flop, turn and river?

I hope it doesn't
As I understand it, it just picks an utterly random card from the deck every time, using a random number generator that's also used in encryption (so it should be pretty good).

Discarding its first random choice and randomly choosing another card would be a waste of processor time in my opinion.

Yeah I agree. Burning the 1st card is a security measure against cheaters in live game.
