The latest upgrade doesn't work at all on Win98,
giving-
The POKERTH.EXE file is
linked to missing export KERNEL32.DLL:CreateHardLinkA

Is this a Win98 issue.
Can I reinstall the old version?

We do not support Windows 98. The old version could have worked, but I recall that other problems were reported. 0.6.2 is backward compatible to 0.6.1, but anyway, I'd update to Windows 2000, XP or (given enough RAM) Vista.
