Ahhh....
This is my third time writing this message so I'll be brief this time (somehow, the back button doesn't bring back the content of your message and timed-out sessions do not seem to forgive)
Here are my requests :
1) Translation / Language Packs : I would gladly maintain such a project as long as the software has some means of importing language files. I could start by doing French and Spanish translations.
2) Sounds : After reading the forums, this seems like a popular request. I agree that sounds would add a lot to the game experience. But since everybody might want to play while listening to music, a single-click should be enough to toggle on or off that option. "Sound packs" could be made available as a separate/optional component. Imagine having one sound theme speaking in a more formal British tone compared to another one sounding more cowboy-like with people heavily clapping after each round. I would also volonteer for such a thing.
3) Multi-User : I'm sure this is being asked a lot but what are the plans on this? (see point #4)
4) Roadmap : I believe adding a roadmap link (maybe adding also a permanent message directly in the request forum saying so) from your main menu portal would really help solve most of the questions fans may have regarding the future of the software. The forums are still small but as users will flock in by the thousands (maybe even millions, who knows?) nobody will be able to look for every possible request before adding their own. That will add up to a lot of redundant questions that might have already been answered before. That way, admins don't get fed up answering the same questions over and over and users are not under the impression that nobody gets back to them.
Hope that helps. I am really willing to help you guys in any manner (languages, sounds, hosting, even coding?). Let me know if I can be of any help.
Thanks for that great game and also for releasing it on Linux and on Windows as well. More great games like this means it's easier for us folks to convince people to migrate from one to another (from Windows to Linux preferably).
