Did you compile pokerth yourself? Looks exactly like it does when I compile against qt 4.3.0, although I think that using qt3 might show similar symptoms.
If you're not using a 64bit system, you can just use the statically compiled binary (the "no installer" one on the download page). Either that or check which qt you're using.
