Mistaking 2c for 10c - 2007/12/18 11:39 I just played a hand and was dealt "A2". There was "A2" on the flop and I moved "All-In".

The other guy also had two pair, Kings and Fours. I should have won, due to Aces and Twos being higher.

However, I think PokerTH mistook my 2 for a 10 and only recognised that I had one pair, Aces. The other guy therefore won the hand. Here's the output from the log file:

RIVER [board cards Ks,2s,As,8d,4h]
Da Breyn is all in with $1590.
tibo folds.
KrEwKi folds.
River Floor is all in with $2670.
River Floor shows [ Ah,Tc] - One Pair, Aces
Da Breyn shows [ Kc,4c] - Two Pairs, Kings and Fours

My nickname was "River Floor". It says I had a "Tc" but I'm pretty sure it displayed in my pocket as a 2 instead of a 10. I think there might be a bug in the PokerTH code somewhere that mistakes the 'T' as representing 10 instead of 2, or vice versa when it's displayed to the user.

Re:Mistaking 2c for 10c - 2007/12/18 16:39 hi CBG,

when did this happen. In the first hand of a game? There is a known bug that sometimes in the first hand of a game the displayed cards in the gui are different from the real cards you have. The log-file records definitely the right values.

Re:Mistaking 2c for 10c - 2007/12/19 07:25 Thanks for the reply. It was actually the second hand of the game: The log file listed it under: Game: 2 | Hand: 2

If there's a known bug, why doesn't someone just take a look at the code and fix it? I'm guessing one case in a switch statement is the problem.

Edit: No, it is not just a switch case statement. It is a network/gui synchronization issue.
