problems with split pots - 2007/12/02 02:13 It seems the game has sometimes trouble determining the winner, especially if there is more than one winner.

Two examples from my last two games:

1. Two pairs, Aces and Kings should be higher than two pairs Aces and Queens, but the pot was split.
(here were 4 players All In with ~3k, the Game announced correctly two winners and two losers, but the winners only got ~400 each from the losers)

2. Flush with Ace and King won over a Flush with Ace and Queen.

Of course I don't know the rules that well, but at least one of them has to be wrong.
Otherwise it would be strange if some hands consider highest card, while others don't.

It would only make sense if Flush were the hand that does not consider highest card and not the other way round, like in my examples.

By the way, I'm using version 0.5 out of Ubuntu repos.
