i just emailed you, because i thought if you already have done it, you could share it.
I have done it now myself.

For the others wanting vista looks:
Just download vistamizer (its freeware and on much downloadsites), extract the bmps and rename them to fit pokerth-cards.
Done in 10mins and the cards look like in vista

i added some glossy effect to the vista-cards...i think it looks nice, too
