While I love pokerTH (in spite of the lunatics who sometimes play) one annoyance that I encounter a lot is two (or more) players who continually (like 5+times) min-raise each other back and forth on the same round of betting. As anyone who's ever been caught between these to players can attest, this is a huge annoyance (first you call 100, then 200, then 400, then 800, then you realize that you either just wasted 800 or eventually you'll have to go all-in, and either way you're left waiting 45 seconds for them to actually get around to getting the bet total high enough to put one of them all-in). It's also rather unrealistic--most tournaments have a cap of 3 or 4 re-raises per round of betting to prevent this exact scenario.

Would it be possible to implement a cap on the number of raises per round of betting?
