To organize an event you can contact with "Poker-Heroes.com" admins, "CyberBLN" or "LuisCypher", for they can organize the web, adding the tournament-cup / dates / table-standings, etc.
For a cup, you need:
a) IDEAS for customize the cup: rules, game settings, dates, etc ...
a) Several ADMINS to open tables, invite players, and collect the info with the results of the game (logfiles, analysis, etc) to publish it after the game.
b) A "designer" (or someone good with design) for LOGOS and rewards-CHIPS for profiles, to give own personality to the cup.
c) Create a POST IN THE FORUM with the cup title to organize it, to discuss about: rules, dates, suggestions, results, etc...
d) An online tool, like the SURVEY tool that player "Nelly" uses for the cups that she organizes, for player can send you their inscription and register, updating manually the tables-players-list in the post

e) Also you need a lot of GOOD MOOD

and PATIENCE to solve the mistakes that always happen

(and all the annoying things that happens around), and you need to dedicate A LOT of your TIME and EFFORTS, to check the players registered, to have everything prepared in time
