What are the minimum bets in the 4 poker rounds?

the minimum bet in Texas Hold'Em without limits (as it's played in PokerTH) is always the big blind. So if the big blind is 40$, you can only bet 40$ or more.

But also, doesn't the minimum bet value go up to the value of whatever bet someone has made? Like if I bet 100, now the minimum bet becomes 100. Right?

Yeah, right IMHO Pokie's question dealt with the minimum bet if no one has placed a bet yet..

That's not exact at all. The minimum bet for the starting bettor in each of 4 rounds is always the big bling; if a bettor bets 100, this amount becomes the minimum RAISE for the next player in that round.
The rule is that a raise must be two times the first bet, and at least the same amount of previous raise for the next raises.. for example:

big blind is 15
player A bets 80 (the minimum bet was 15)
player B must raise at least 160
player C must raise at least 240 (160 + 80)
