All buttons on x64_hdpi client have disappeared
I'm running the high dpi executable (ds\PokerTH-1.1.2-windows_x64_hdpi\PokerTH-1.1.2\pokerth.exe) and recently all of the buttons around the Raise/Fold/Call text have disappeared. Also the blind and dealer buttons are no longer displayed. I can still play if i click on the text.
