Go to your "profile" from the upper right when you are logged in and then "edit profile" and you'll see the "delete account" option on the left on the bottom in yellow.

Apparently chat bot is a bit thin skinned when it comes to using punctuation to denote a pause.
There must be a magic number that set's he/she/it off
