i'd like to see some more intensive gameplay if possible? basically as it stands, once you get down to the final 3 or 4, it's pot luck all in's for a win. if there were longer games with a bit more time to think and consequences for going out early, it would be enjoyable

That's only the case if you have games which last long and therefore the blinds are quite high. Usually ranking games end before this.

You can change the delay of games you open by yourself. In non-ranking games you can also change the blind settings.
