Poker th is rigged?

Ever since I did some all ins and played bingo, my account has been rigged. Now if I play tight and aggressive I've had players constantly hit there 2 outs on a river to win. I wouldn't think this is true, but I've been hearing a lot of others players saying the same thing. Too many have been seeing this happen.
If others players have been having this happen please tell your stories here and others to make it more aware of the problems.
