How to report abusive language?

Here and there some players misbehave by either insulting, abusive or other inappropriate language.
What is the standard way to report such incidents?
I suppose some game identification and char transcription is need with the report.

You can report here in the forum with a meaningful screenshot of the game-/lobby chat.

Thank you for the explanation. Unfortunately I only have a transcription of the chat as screenshot was much harder to do at the time of play (transcription is simpler to do).
