Cannot login on ranking server

Hi, came back after being away for a good 3-4 years, looked at the forums threads about password reset, done that.
But now when i try to log in, i get a "Your account is blocked indefinitely." message.
I don't ever remember being banned and couldn't see why that would be the case!
Any idea?
