I have already reseted my password a couple of times and I still can't log in.

Your account is working now, but the password is different from the forum password. To sync them, please reset your password once more (link in my signature).

Hi all, Salut,
My first account got also blocked. no way to get my password unlocked.
I created a new profile, i can connect to the website, but not possible to go through the app' :/ what is the issue ??

Somehow you were able to write in English in your email.

Your account eon888 works fine. Are you sure you use the right password?

i have reset my password just with the same results
Please check if you are blocking any JavaScript in your browser as JS is mandatory for the synchronization of the game accounts.

If that doesn't help repeat the Pasword Reset with a different browser.
