I'm unable to connect to server

while attempting to join an online game, I keep receiving a frozen message....Resolving address... stuck at 20 percent. A solution would be much appreciated.
Server has green lights at all so far.
Assuming that you have loading serverlist and using it enabled in internet-game section:
Try to quit the client completely (task-manager or kill) and retry.
