Did these usernames start with "f"? Then we banned them because of our chat rules

Same thing happened to me a few days ago my account got banned. Now have made my new id.

No, it's not the same. The other user's accounts got banned because he used the "f" word in his username.

Don't know how, I got my id back. Few days ago i tried to login with old it and it worked. BTW thnks for the reply.

Why do you think that you're banned? Do you get any error message when you try to login?

I’m really curious to know why I’ve been banned. I haven’t received any warning or explanation, and I’ve always tried to follow the rules and be respectful. If there’s something I missed or misunderstood, I’d really appreciate some clarity. It’s important to me to understand the situation, so I can correct any mistakes and avoid similar issues in the future.

You're not banned. You never logged in with your gaming account. What is the error message you're getting?
If your password doesn't work, try to reset it.
