I don't know the developers abandon this project or not. Here is few things for the next update if is working on that
1. Add DARK theme
2. Add full screen support
3. Update and add all card and table style to game (integrate in game)
4. Add buttons for Pot ( 1/2, 1/3), Sitout and reorganize them
5. When play a game don't minimize the Lobby
6. Add chat option when press right click on player

It's not abandoned, but we lack developers. We were planning a HTML5 client, but this had to postponed because of that.

regarding 6.
It will never happen on a game table as it will open the door to collusion. In the lobby you can already do this with "/msg Galan88 bla bla bla ... "
