Spec Tool: Sound on / off toggle not working

I noticed in the Spec Tool that the "Sound on" toggle doesn't work. As in: Unchecking that doesn't stop the sounds. Only disallowing sounds on the tab itself stops them.

It's a minor bug - reload spectool and then the setting works.

Code is public on github - you can do something by yourself with your JS frontend skills and contribute maybe! ;)
