In settings, allow a toggle checkbox for prepending the time to chat entries.

I think some people might not care about the relative time of entries there. Some might, thus the option.

Yes, I realize you could go option-crazy making everything toggle-able and the settings page then has 40+ items. So this is a low-priority request.
