2.1.5 QML - Retention of in-game chatbox/history display status

When starting a new game show/hide these boxes according to what the status was when leaving previous game.

Low priority, but you'll all be ultra-super cool if you implement it. The common folk will rejoice your efforts throughout the land. Or, I will, at least.
