"Ignore Player" improvement

I know its sort of a niggling thing, but could the "Ignore player" option include ignoring all their emoticon "reactions" too? Some people - usually the rude ones - just really overdo it and it can be really distracting.

... if there are no reported bugs next days it might take a while though.
