Cannot login on ranking server

I have uninstalled, reinstalled the 1.1.2 client, cleared cache. I use the xml.z server for internet games.
I have reset my passwd several times using a passwd generator
I reset it once, waited 12 hours, still no joy.
I can access and click in and out of all the sections of the forum. I have changed my passwd inside the user control panel several times.
I get messages, cannot recognize usr or passwd, 2nd attempt says you can't login in right now try gain later. Could you completely delete my login/profile/email and let me re-register? I would like to use the same email, its my best junk/online alias.

I've tried the "forgot password method" several times and I still don't get access to the game. (Invalid login, Please check your username and password)

Fixed your account. For some reason your username was in lower case in the game database.

and btw is there a way to change this board display for the user to something visible other than grey on black?

Mr. Sp0ck change my user ( my user in this forum is Castanyer, and Game-user is JoanetC ) in 28 December of 2018.

Now, i follow the instructions (reset password,and activation account...) several times,.. and nothing

Your forum account is tied to the gaming account. So you have 2 accounts now and both are working now.

I can log in forum. Now tells me I am blocked indefinitely to log on new server. Any help is appreciated.

Hi boehmi thanks, my game account works fine, (played 3 o 4 times) but the ranking doesn't work (link on leaderboard) my account Joanetc doesn't exist, and the name forum Castanyer is empty...
