Question about "bounty-poker"/all-in-things

Hi at all,

I realized, that different player show different habits to go all-in. Some days ago I read about bounty-poker. I still don't get if this is a special type of playing poker of if this is an individual strategy.

How do you deal with it?

It's just a bonus for eliminating another player.
