3Deuces is back again as RatTatum . constant threats all through a game because i dared to talk while he was posting music links to the game chat. since he keeps coming back after account ban, maybe an ip ban would get his attention?

No IP-ban? It's rediculous that he (a banned player) can make a new account again (player?u=X%20tnegA) and is now reporting other players himself: viewtopic.php?t=730
