Dude, you should be allowed to play however you want. Why this stupid rule? And why does the server favor certain playing styles? The mentioned rule you do not agree with, because of obviously not thinking it through completely, does not affect games vs. computer/bot players at all - it affects ranking games played by humans only. this error indicates usually what it says. Does this problem still persist?
If so, can you tryout another network (like mobile network)? This might help to narrow down the problem.
