login and password reset and register fail

Hello, can I somehow regain access to my account "Bingo" please? I'm pretty sure I entered the right passwords (tried previous too), but login fails, and no password reset email arrives. Somehow *this* account (=needhelpwithlogin) still works, from the time I had the same problem. Help?
Meanwhile I registered *this* account (=wannabeer). Login on the forum works fine but not in the game program "pokerth". I also tried that again after removing $HOME/.pokerth but still no luck. Check your spam folder. I know that gmail for example tends to mark the email as spam.
