Unfortunately the sound issue is still present (W10)
2.0.0 seemed to only have issues after device disconnect/reconnect (BT). After reconnect the sound would be same as described below
2.0.1 and 2.0.2 have intermittent distortion/missing(clipped) sounds. The first game I played was OK, rest have suffered from this issue (both before/after restarting)
Interestingly a video I tried to record to demonstrate this issue is better than what I heard at the time, possibly suggesting problems with bitrate/depth conversion? (BT headset is 16bit 44.1khz)
A USB headset with higher bit depth/rate seems fine at 16bit 48khz, 24bit 48k/96k, 32bit 48k/96k. I have not done extensive testing with this yet however.
I will try to figure out a way to record the sound as it comes through the device. Audio is fine in all other applications with the BT headset.
PokerTH 2.0+ Sound
It's a bit tricky: one one hand I have to use performant - non blocking cpu WinMM for older windows computers - and on the other hand you players demand smooth bluetooth outputk.gen04 wrote: Mon Feb 23, 2026 12:39 am Unfortunately the sound issue is still present (W10)

There is a new bugfix with upcoming 2.0.3 release. Let's see if it works better then.
