Can you give some details about your device and android version?

As the apk is universal, it should work on pretty every android device if not too old. But there still might be something missing.

If this doesn't work either:

make sure to uninstall the previous apk and re-try the universal apk. I heard that this should solve issues.

I always uninstall PokerTH before reinstalling it, and the universal APK doesn't work.
