I see the "logic" now...
It's just only about using old winning tickets...(Step 2 or Step3).
That's why the founder persistently refuse to reset the tickets after each season.
"Fantastically logical...for an long 3month season..."
Only another logical example:
Player "barryl" use another account for supporting his own ranking...

Why isn't Step 4 played out at the end of the season?
Does anyone have a logical answer?
Why do we play a BBC-Competition over 3 months...cancel after them the ranking...
without having played the final (step 4)...?
