Hi.
Does the Home Network games with the new 2.0 software?
I would like to setup a home network game.
Home Network Games
Network LAN games no long seem to work on this new version (2.0.6).
Tried to create a network game and get this error:
---------------------------
Network Error
---------------------------
Could not connect to the server.
The server might still be processing a previous connection attempt.
Please wait a moment and try again in about 1 minute.
If the problem persists, the server might be temporarily unavailable.
---------------------------
Close
---------------------------
Tried on a few devices (Windows and Android) and get the same result. Not sure why a LAN game would need to contact a server ?
Is this bug known ?

Thank you for testing and reporting.
It is a bug, yes.
It is solved now - on github in testing branch: https://github.com/pokerth/pokerth/comm ... 0f48babaad
A new client release will follow next 1-2 months as there are also a few minor issues left to be fixed.
EDIT: if you are able to compile the testing branch client by yourself: 2.0.6 client can connect to LAN games created by the testing client. You only need to compile the client which creates a LAN game.

Sorry didn't get a chance to do build off your fixed test version.
LAN games now do seem to work on 2.0.7 however there is another issue when trying to save server profiles.
Under the “Join Network Game” menu If a “Profile” and IP Address /Domain Name are entered then “Save” is clicked its errors with:
---------------------------
Read Server-Profile List Error
---------------------------
Could not read server-profiles list
---------------------------
Close
Under “AppData\Roaming\pokerth\data” there is a file called “serverprofiles.xml” I tried renaming it to “server-profiles.xml” but it didn’t help.
Also tried running as admin and making sure the user had full access to “AppData\Roaming\pokerth\data” also did not work.
Same issue on the windows and android versions of 2.0.7
Tested this on the old 1.1.2 version and the issue is also present so it doesn’t look like a regression.
Not sure if this is a bug or I’m mistaking how this functionality should work / where are the proper configs are for it ?
